Dinner Table

Who says a dining table can‘t be colorful? People spend about eight years of their lives eating. Why shouldn‘t this space be an absolute highlight. The concept is aimed at every designloving person with a penchant to colors.

With TYS a dining table was developed that does not conform to the classic look.

The result is a table made of roof battens, which is given an unusual and unique surface by processing it with a brush grinder and paint.

The otherwise rather even roof batten is given a dynamic, distinctive and profound character by the brush. Combinating the two different surfaces, the tactile and the even, makes the table top interesting to look and feel. The chosen watercolor technique sets colorful accents and refines the processed wooden workpiece.

The details of the table show the diversity and developement of a wooden roof batten as a material.
